Haringey Cycling Campaign is the local group of the London Cycling Campaign, which provides a voice for everyone who cycles or wants to cycle in London. Also known as ‘Haringey Cyclists’, we are the voice for cyclists who live, work or ride through the borough.
Safe, enjoyable cycling for all.
Family cycle event. Sat 18 June, 12-2pm, Pond Square, N6.
Join us for all things cycling – compare children’s, cargo, long or electrical bikes, Dr Bike will check your bike, share stories about cycling in Haringey. Enjoy a family ride through the Heath on the dedicated cycle lane from 2pm onwards. Organised by Haringey Cycling Campaign.
On 29 May, 50 riders of all ages gathered in Downhills Park for the Haringey group ride to Ride London Freecycle. A dozen volunteer marshals helped everyone safely ride the 8 miles to Bank to join the thousands of other cyclists who had ridden into town to enjoy the 7 mile car-free route around central London. Thanks very much indeed to the marshals and to everyone who came with us.

Ahead of May’s local elections, we wrote to the leaders of the main parties in Haringey to ask for their support for our ‘5 asks’. These are 5 specific requests that, if implemented, will help achieve our vision for a Haringey where it’s safe and enjoyable to walk and cycle. Labour, LibDems and the Greens all pledged their support – between them, these parties received 92.5% of the votes cast in Haringey.
Together with Friends of the Earth, Sustainable Haringey and Living Streets, Haringey Cycling Campaign organised an online climate and environment hustings on 12 April. Labour, LibDems, Conservatives and Green Party participated. Watch the recording of the hustings here.
